Free spay and neuter program
We are committed to reducing the dog population in and around Meadow Lake. In 2025 we spayed and neutered 12 dogs for free in the Meadow Lake and surrounding area. We hope that by offering this program, it will reduce barriers for families. We believe that everyone deserves a dog, and that is especially true for children. Dogs truly are a mans best friend. We want to build sustainable dog management programs to reduce the suffering in the stray population in our area. Our hope is that this pilot program will do that.
To apply;
Applicants must have a household income below $60,000/year.
Must live in Meadow Lake or surrounding area
Applicants can only apply once per year.
